Working Hours with a Touch
TIK registration terminal has a screen that is touch sensitive; it also has installed ekey fingerprint reader and the reader of non-contact cards RFID. With the use of fingerprint reader the misuse of the system and lending the entry cards is prevented and the use of the system is simplified. Color TFT screen shows the time and the date and by swiping the finger over the fingerprint reader, the user is offered a choice of possibilities that areallocated to his user status.
Technical Characteristics
The hardware as well as the software are entirely results of our domestic knowledge. The terminal has the mark Made in Slovenija. Color TFT-screen, sensitive to touch and a modern installment system, based on the microcontroller ARM9 with standard interfaces (ethernet, USB, RS485) are operating at OS Linux.
Working Hours
Registration of working hours is the basic function of this terminal. Simple, user friendly program prepares a detailed time and working hours analysis for every employee. It can be adjusted to special needs and requests of the final user.
Calculations
The program calculates working hours for any time period that can be set by the user based on the working schedule or the calendar. The final calculation can be printed, transferred to Word or Excel or exported through SQL interface to another program.
Special Features
According to his status, each user can have an insight into his working hours per days. At the same time the user can enter his own notes (leave, reason for exit) and descriptions that can support the final analysis of his working hours. With users' own comments to the working hours, daily reports can be prepared, which can be an important source of information for the employer in addition to previously known priority systems for the working hours calculation.
Connections
Terminal operates in the ekey net network, independently or in connection to the server, which enables the use of up to eight terminals in one system. The server is saving the history of every access into his database, which - with the support of the program interface, can be used by external software through standard SQL-orders. If terminal operates independently, the events are recorded in the internal memory and can be transferred outside through the access to the network or by the USB key. The configuration of every message that could be selected on the terminal or the look of users' interface could be pre-set by the administration program, for each terminal separately.
Additional Possibilities
Possibilities to use the TIK terminal exceed the demands that are placed on devices for working hours registration. With simple configuration transformation this terminal can easily be changed into the terminal that follows hours per working task or similar.
